Group member ‘Zonnepanelen op het dak’ is now called Energy Shift

As of January 1, 2024, Elevion Group member Zonnepanelen op het dak is officially renamed to Energy Shift. “Due to major changes in the energy market and our enthusiasm for the new possibilities, we, together with Elevion Group management, have decided to change our company name,” says Theo Hartgers, CEO of Energy Shift.

The reason behind the name Energy Shift lies in the evolution of the business. The business name 'Zonnepanelen op het dak' was a clear (but) Dutch name. It meant: "we realize large solar panel installations on roofs of companies." The company has been doing that for years and has become very good at it. In recent years, however, Energy Shift name has also taken full advantage of the latest developments, which are changing a lot in the energy world.

“We have decided for this change as the projects of the company became more international and the name Zonnepanelen op het dak has become constraining,” says Jaroslav Macek, CEO of Elevion Group.

Energy Shift is now even better at helping companies achieve a sustainable and financially predictable future. The company offers their customers full control over their own energy. The company's current services, therefore, go further than just a solar panel installation. Think, for example, also about smart energy control and energy storage. The energy markets offer interesting opportunities to trade with energy, fully automatically of course.

Theo Hartgers: “Our new name Energy Shift fits better with what we are doing now: helping companies deal with energy in a smarter way.”

As of January 1, 2024, all official documents and correspondence are issued in the name of Energy Shift. The address and phone numbers will remain the same. It is important to emphasize that the management and staff of Zonnepanelen op het dak will remain unchanged; only the company name has been altered. Clients and stakeholders can continue to count on the familiar quality and service provided by Zonnepanelen op het dak, now operating under the name Energy Shift.
